We’re currently hiring both full-time and part-time team members, primarily for our shop inside The Mills House.This role is perfect for someone with a bubbly personality who loves connecting with people, has a natural eye for detail and is always willing to jump in where needed. Retail experience is helpful, but a positive attitude, dependability and willingness to learn are what matter most to us.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and help them discover the perfect pieces
- Share the stories behind Rebecca’s artwork and products
- Assist with purchases and contribute to store sales
- Keep the shop organized, beautifully displayed and fully stocked
- Support daily store tasks and help everything run smoothly
- Create the warm, colorful experience our customers know and love
