I'm a bride. What is the ordering process for custom wedding artwork?

Start your order by purchasing your Custom Wedding Artwork. This initial deposit will reserve your spot in my design calendar.

Email additional details & reference photographs to rebeccaillustrated@gmail.com after purchase. Within 15-20 business days, you will receive a high resolution PDF of your digital artwork via email to print at your own convenience, or we can continue to work together to design your wedding save the dates, invitations, & stationery, and more!

I have a custom idea that you don't have on your site. Is it possible to get it created? 

Custom artwork is my jam! Although I do not accept all custom artwork requests, please reach out to share your idea, and I will see what I can do to bring your vision to life!

How long will it take to receive my order?

My current turnaround time on artwork is 15-20 business days. (Rush orders are available for purchase here.) After you approve your final design, we'll send it off to the printer, and you can expect 2-3 days in printing, and then 2-3 days for shipping in the US.

Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world! Additional shipping fees may apply.

What is your refund policy?

Nothing is printed until you give your 100% approval on your custom illustrated purchase and, so for that reason, no returns or exchanges are offered. Rest assured – your artwork will exceed your expectations!

Where does my order ship from?

I hand draw from my studio (or on location during my travels) in Charleston, South Carolina. Prints, stationery, & invitations ship from California.
